Well, no...: To begin, it's not possible to see one's own cervix unless perhaps a photograph has been provided to you from an exam. It's understandable to confuse the cervix with the vaginal opening or labia minora. Regardless, most growths on a cervix should be removed and examined once identified. So the short answer is no, this should be examined by a doctor who can perform colposcopy/biopsy if needed.
