Echocardiogram: Mild sclerotic valve abnormalities read on echo suggest beginning degenerative changes in a/the valve(s). Sometimes we overread these findings and often they are not a big deal. It is worth discussing with your doctor to get his/her viewpoint on the report. Keeping your risk factors controlled is the best you can do if the abnormalities are true.
