I got diagnosed with strep on wednesday and i got antibiotics and i have one day left to take them but i'm not doing much better.&lymphoid is swollen ?

Doctor can recheck: Nose & throat symptoms can be from cold viruses, strep throat, allergies, etc. It can be hard to tell what the cause is. If symptoms only last 2 days, it is more likely allergies or irritation. Doctors have rapid 5-minute tests for strep, so a primary care doctor can easily diagnose strep and start meds. If not better after 4 days, one can get rechecked to see if there's something else.
