Same as before: Losing one fallopian tube shouldn't change your ovulatory pattern. The loss of the tube doesn't affect which ovary ovulates. Age-related hormone changes can affect ovulatory patterns.

It shouldn't change.: You still ovulate, but only the eggs from the remaining ovary have a tube to go down.
