I always seem to feel ovulation on my left side. but i have only my right fallopian tube and its open. why don't i ever feel twinges on my right side?

Ovaries: Ovaries are the organ that ovulate, and not fallopian tubes. Absence of feeling it does not mean you don't ovulate on the right side. Also, even if you only have 1 tube, the egg from the other side can still be picked up by that tube.
