I ovulated on cd 14(felt pain suddenly, walking and sitting worsened this pain).today cd16 i woke up with constan tmild pain in my fallopian tube.why?

No definite cause: Ovulation pain is not experienced by all women and even those who do don't have it every cycle. Most likely your cd16 pain is related to ovulation with some bleeding from the corpus luteum(ovulation cyst). It could also be bowel pain. History of chlamydia makes you at risk for tubal pregnancy. When in doubt check pregnancy test and be seen by md. Likely will dissipate and we won't know the cause.
