Yes: first you need to see a urologist that most likely will recommend a cystoscopy and a biopsy to rule out interstitial cystitis, and take sample for culture, and performed an irrigation. even if it is true that you allergic to most antibiotics there is always antibiotic that is seensitive to the growing bacteria that you are not allergic to.
