Over 3 years i have gradually lost my ability to walk and stand. the searing pain in my hips, lower back and legs. levoscoliosis or sciatica?

Sounds awful : It sounds like either a spine problem or neurological problem. Could also be infectious causing some sort of neurological problem. If you haven't already, you need to see a doctor to sort this out. Will need a complete evaluation along with lab tests and imaging studies. Hope this helps!
