Hip flexors - psoas?: There are a few major muscles that might be involved as well as ligaments and nerves including the sciatic. A good massage therapist or chiropractor or PT is a good place to start. They can refer to a Dr if needed. There are exercises and yoga poses that might help too. Being in good general condition will also help. Be patient, bt not about getting started! Best!
