So then i'm wondering if i have celiac disease with my anxiety, or could i have celiac disease with anxiety?

See your Dr: Whichever came first, treat both. There is often a connection with our mind and body. If you get your celiac under control, it will help your anxiety. If you deal with your anxiety, it will help you feel better. See your PCP or Gastroenterologist for your celiac and a therapist for your anxiety.

Any disease can: potentially raise anxiety. Who wants to be ill and who doesn't think about the consequences? We also know that anxiety exacerbates lots of diseases--Celiac being a big one. Anxiety has 33 symptoms, including gastric distress, gastric pain, or other somatic variants--some of which overlap with Celiacs symptoms. Start with a visit to a gastroenterologist and explain your symptoms.
