Pain meds and see MD: You can take some non steroidal pain medicine if you are not allergic to it like Aleve (naproxen) or ibuprofen . If not relieve of pain and recurrences of pain consult your doctor get examined and may need X-rays or other imaging if indicated to make a diagnosis and appropriate treatment
