Second opinion...: I'm curious as to why you have had 3 hip scopes? What is your original diagnosis? If your capsule was left open the you should expect synovial fluid to leak into the soft tissues. If you have had 3 surgeries by the same surgeon and still have problems then I would get another opinion.
