Focus: With some people, their inner beauty exceeds what their outter beauty is perceived to be. Sometimes focusing on what they think is wrong with themselves rather than what they think is right about themself. Usually with body dysmorphic disorder the individual focuses on a specific perceived problem with a body part. I hope you focus on what you like about yourself.
