Not sure if i have bdd or another condition but can't shake the feeling that i grew 2-3 inches at age 38. could something have caused that to happen?

Don't know what: would cause you to grow at that age? Do you have anything objective to back up this feeling? If not -growth plates are closed long before you hit your 30's.
