Yes: Body Dysmorphic Disorder. I will provide an example - I see a patient who has Body Dysmorphic Disorder - she is morbidly obese and has skin lesions due to picking. However, these issues are not the focus of her bodily discomfort. She is concerned that her mons pubis area is too full (in reality the depth of thickness is normal). Thus - there is one aspect of her body that she is very dissatisfied
