Unclear: Apparently you have a subjective experience which you express as pressure in your head. This doesn't translate easily into a recognizable side effect. An actual increase in intracranial pressure wouldn't be something you could feel, and isn't really a known side effect. Could it be a headache? Could it be a kind of dizziness or light-headedness? Could it be emotional or behavioral urges?
