Could be: Talk to prescribing doctor about lowering dose to 30 or 37.5 mg (½ of a 15 mg pill). If "head pressure" disappears, you know it's a med side effect. If feeling persists, discuss other possible causes with prescribing doc or see your pcp. Hope this helps.
