Try not to worry.: Get your ultrasound. You may need a biopsy. If area in question is not seen on ultrasound or mammogram, you may need MRI guided biopsy. Your doctor will guide you through the process.

Breast MRI: Breast MRIs are usually reserved for those at the highest risk of breast cancer so this finding is of concern. The ultrasound will tell you if it's cystic (less risky) or solid ( more risky). Hope this helps. Best wishes for you.
