No: the HPV virus does not reside in all parts of your body, instead it tends to reside in the junctions where one cell type turns into another, one of which is the cervix which is pretty much the junction between the vagina and the uterus. You will still need to get pap smears, though it is not impossible for your body to clear the virus on its own.
