Many causes: Endometriosis is certainly one possible cause. You could also see a gastroenterologist to investigate other causes.

More of the same: Endometriosis can also occur on the rectum and bowel. Have your GYN MD check the area and if negative consider a Gastro Intestinal "workup" by a MD. Endometriosis is "notorious" for producing nausea and vomiting cyclically with periods.
