Yes, many times over: And a single ovary woman can become a mother, too. Almost everyone is born with two of each, and remain just fine if something happens to one. Of course, there are other problems that can lead to infertility, even if a man has a testicle and a woman has an ovary... but we don't worry about those possibilities unless a husband and wife aren't pregnant after 6-12 months of proper trying.
