Probably not: Chronic cough like yours probably have other reasons. If you don't smoke, things like asthma, allergic rhinitis with post-nasal drip and acid reflux probably are more common than one would think.

None: none of what you are describing indicate a bacterial infection, actually it resemble more of allergy response. treat your symptoms with allergy medicine like zyrtec during the day and benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night.take OTC cough medicine like mucinex DM at least twice a day, with or without elixir like robitussin, or nyquill. stay well hydrated.
