Not much will happen: Methergine (methylergonovine) is often a useful precautionary medication given immediately after an abortion to help contract your uterus and minimize your blood loss. If your surgical abortion was a week ago, it is not really clear or probable that you need any methergine (methylergonovine) or any oxytocic any more.
