Itchy toe bumps: May be eczema or fungus. Could try desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) or OTC antifungal like tinactin Could also be bacterial infection so try the bacitracin on top of tinactin For eczema use steroids .A great product is lotrisone a steroid and antifungal, but need prescription. F/u with doc urgent care.
