Is it true that if you have a gestational sac and a yoke sac that it's not a blighted ovum ?

No, that is not true: A blighted ovum, is when a fertilized egg attaches itself to the uterine wall, but does not develop into an embryo (aka: anembryonic pregnancy). Cells develop to form the the gestational sac and then the yolk sac, but not the fetal pole/embryo. A gestational sac and yolk sac can be present, and a pregnancy test can be positive, but there is no fetal pole seen with a blighted ovum.
