Urethral obstruction: This symptom could indicate partial obstruction of your urethra. If new, at age 19 a genital wart in the urethra is among the most common causes. Scarring from a past infection or a congenital anomaly also are possible. See your doctor, who might referr you to a urologist. Don't be seriously worried; in the long run, it's probably not serious. But don't take chances; check it out.
