No or lo calores: Snacks aren't good for people w/diabetes as they raise your glucose and require extra insulin, either from your body or by injection. No cal, or lo cal snacks such as diet jello, veggies etc are the best if you absolutely need them. If you feel like a snack, make sure your glucose isn't low. Don't treat glucose with food, use meds to treat food.
