can piles cause burning sensation when u pass urine?

Piles and dysuria: Dysuria is discomfort described with urination, most commonly described as burning. If you have urethral burning with urination it is not likely that is caused by your hemorrhoids and I would recommend having your urine checked for a possible urinary tract infection.
