Meniere's: Recommend consultation with otolaryngologist (ENT). This may represent Meniere's disease. Neck stiffnes and pain are commonly seen in the setting of Meniere's and that would explain your vestibular dysfunction (dizzy feeling) Could be cervical spinal stenosis depending on your history. Could be a double crush meaning symptoms are unrelated and caused by two separate things too.
