Shouldn't Be Problem: Since the root canal treatment removed the nerve & especially infection, there is little left to cause issue. You will probably leave with a temp crown so avoid sticky foods until final crown is delivered (usually 2-3 weeks). Be sure to tell your dentist first though and they might give you Magic Mouthwash to rinse with since the gum can be irritated after the crown prep is complete.

It is OK to fly: If your root canal has been completed by the time you fly you should not experience any pain while flying on an airplane and it is OK to fly. Take care.
