One could: but it would mean it is hard to get into good shape; not tht it is impossible. it would not mean that exercise would be worthless--likely has same benefits. Doesn't mean you can't lose someweight..just would be more difficult.

No: You would have a lot more going on with Klinefelter's than just larger breasts. Genetic testing is expensive. Klinefelter's guys are usually tall with weak muscles and a wide pelvis. If you've ever fathered a child, you're probably not XXY. Being gay has nothing to do with Klinefelter's -- 10% of the population is gay across the board. You may just have gynecomastia because of being overweight.
