You would know it: Both gonorrhea and chlamydia are very uncommon at your age (44), especially if there are no symptoms like discharge from the penis. The standard tests -- usually nucleic acid amplification tests (NAATs) on either urethral swab or urine -- are highly sensitive, i.e. they rarely miss an infeciton. With two negative tests, you can be 100% certain you don't have either one.
