Sleep loss: Even one night of sleep deprivation is sufficient to affect many body functions, like what you described here. Of course people have variable susceptibility to the effect of sleep loss. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, and if the symptoms persist after a week of recovery sleep, you should visit your internist or neurologist.

Somewhat unusual: It's possible to feel fatigued, dizzy and have a headache if you loose a whole nights sleep. But it would be somewhat unusual to have all these symptoms 4 days later, unless you have had very little sleep the past 4 days. You should consult with your physician to make sure nothing else is occurring that is causing your persistent symptoms.
