Urticaria pigmentosa: This might be urticaria pigmentosa. This is a somewhat rare condition caused by excessive numbers of mast cells (an inflammatory cell) that, when irritated, produce too much histamine triggering an allergic reaction. Using anti-allergy/anti-histamine medications are useful. Make an appointment with your primary care doctor or allergies for evaluation. Good wishes:)
