Bartholin's glands: I presume you are describing vulvar swelling on both sides of the introitus or vaginal opening. It is a good sign that it is not painful or that there are not open sores. The Bartholin's glands--which are normal and secrete mucus to provide vaginal lubrication--may be swollen or have developed a cyst. This can usually be managed with sitz baths--soaking in a warm tub several times a day. Good luck
