No.: There is probably a reason for your high platelets. You should probably ask your doc. Common causes are anemia and essential thrombocytosis.

Suggests something: increased platelets may suggest something else. It made not be anything bad but it needs to be clarified. Ask your physician to help clarify why you have increased platelets.
