Question confustion: Anemia, by definition, is ↓ed concentration of RBCs. Platelets are cell fragments from thrombocytes in the bone marrow, promote blood clots when activated. WBC (5 types infection fighting cells) concentrations influenced by a variety of issues, count can double quickly because (at any given time) about 1/2 are bound to the walls of blood vessels. More info needed: Many illnesses can cause abnormal platelets, WBC, and measures of anemia (hematocrit, hemoglobin, and RBC). Also, the normal ranges are broad and can vary widely in entirely healthy persons, sometimes to technically abnormal levels. Discuss with a doctor, especially if you are otherwise ill or have a condition that can cause such problems. Don't test on your own, e.g. via an online lab service.
