Wrist sprain 4-6 wk: You must listen to your body. Typically musuloskeletal injuries as yours will take 4-6 weeks to heal. You should not rush into full activity until you feel no pain. Often a physical therapist is an excellent resource to help you do the correct exercises to help your recovery. Good luck and happy healing.
