Wrist pain : Does not have to be accompanied by swelling discoloration or stiffness. Tendinitis joint problems. Soft tissue cysts can be present and cause pain but not necessarily show up with swelling. Persistent wrist pain doesn't respond to normal palliative means such as rest ice splinting should be evaluated. A proper exam and x-rays can go along way
