Lately i've been really hot often times even my ears heart up making my head feel hot feels like hot flashes but it's continuous i've never experienced this before just started happening a few months ago.

Hot flashes vary: iIs you are in the age range, it would probably be the likely cause of your symptoms. Certain allergic type reactions, including certain medications can also trigger similar symptoms. If you haven't had your annual physical, this would be a good time to schedule one fir your PMD to review all info and help make you feel better:)

2 hours ago I got stuck in an elevator and felt frightened, pounding heart and hot flashes, panic attack I got a painful head pressure the second I got frightened it went away after a minute is it dangerous? my head still hurts mildly?
Over the last couple of days I have been feeling like my head is full of fluid, brain inflamed, face and ears feel hot, mucus and waking up with a racing heart. Im not sure if this is panic/anxiety or something more sinister?
