How can i remove pus from the back of my throat?is it infectious?

Warm Saline gargles: if it is pus then you must be sick with fever and pain . If you are writing to inquire most likely it is not pus. Usually Antibiotics work well.

Go to doctor: Whether you have pus pockets over tonsils or a post nasal drip, a proper diagnosis is only possible with a careful examination. In some cases, your doctor needs to refer you to an ENT to drain the pus if indicated. There are potential and serious complications involving the airway. Get checked ASAP to get well soon:)
