At your tonsils?: Hard white or yellow concretions in the tonsils are usually tonsilloliths or tonsil stones. Harmless although they can cause a foreign body sensation and contribute to halitosis. Exudate on the tonsils or throat may be an indication of tonsil infection (viral or bacterial). See a doc for thorough exam.
