Supplements: You ask can you take them? There are thousands of supplements some are harmless, some are beneficial, and some very dangerous. Some are illegal. If you're very serious you need to talk to a reputable trainer or physician. Your caregiver needs to know exactly what you're trying to do and accomplish.
