Can there be anything i can give a toddler for diarrhoea?

Diarrhea: One of the things you can provide is yogurt to replace the "good bacteria" in the gut. You can speak to your pediatrician about culturelle.

Pedialyte: I wouldn't recommend giving any medications for diarrhea. Focus on keeping your child well hydrated with the appropriate fluids. Stay away from juice or gatorade - which have a good amount of sugar in them and can worsen/ cause loose stools. Pedialyte is the best rehydration solution for diarrhea. Probiotics may help too. See the doctor if diarrhea is bloody or persists for more than a few days.

First:: Find the cause of diarrhea. In many cases hydration and few days of diet woul'd be enough, but sometimes doctor need to take blood and/or stool culture and start antibiotics.
