Normal: that is normal size aorta if you are worrying about aneurysm then looks for the sie and how fast is enlarging. size less tha 4-5 cm=40-50mm are safe to watch

No: they usually do not rupture until greater than 5 cm Why would tour Abdominal aorta have thin walls?

Aorta: You are too young to have aortic aneurysm unless you are suffering from rare vascular disorders. For your peace of mind I would suggest seeing your doctor.
