Do not worry: Aortic calcification is not uncommon in older people. You may want to look at general health issues like weight, cholesterol, smoking history, blood pressure, etc., but nothing to do about it. Regarding the hemangioma, this is not big enough to do anything about, just repeat ultrasound in a year to see if it has changed much.
