Coccydynia: it's your tailbone. No test really shows it. Try pushing at the end of your tailbone and it will probably be tender. You get your ticket when you're sitting especially on a hard surface.May need to bring a pillow.

Seek doctor: Need to look at the rectum for infection, cyst or years as it can cause this type of discomfort and may need emg if there appears to be some muscle weakness. I hope this helps and you feel better soon.

Butt hurts: I am sure your orthopedic surgeon must have ruled out bursitis. In case you have bursitis you need a local cortisone injection.
