Irregular bleeding: for better or worse, depo provera (medroxyprogesterone) is a very good method of birth control but is associated with some irregular bleeding and sometimes no bleeding all. It's hard to predict and your bleeding associated with pressure is likely a coincidence. If worried, see your gynecologist for an exam. Hope this helps.
