Answer all the Dr's: questions to help him begin to determine an exact diagnosis and treatment plan. Once he has completed his examination and made a diagnosis, ask whatever you need to ask to feel comfortable with the treatment plan. The better you understand what he feels causes the headaches and tingling, and what he proposes to do, the sooner you will feel better.

History: Be prepared to answer questions. The pattern of your symptoms, any immediate relation with other events will help the neurologist pick the right tests and give input about your condition.
