So i asked on here about my abdomen and ct findings and all pt to ileus. er doc sent me home thurs. still no bm and abdominal pain. go back to er?

Dehydration: having an ileus means some thing causing bowels to not work. Like a urine infection. If you are not able to eat or drink you'll get dehydrated. It is ok to return to ED if you have ongoing pain and not getting better and cannot hold down fluids. If you are constipated then an enema in the ED is a different situation.
